Senior Procurement

WE RE HIRING | SENIOR PROCUREMENT GeoHarbour Saudi Arabia is expanding its footprint across the Kingdom and is seeking a highly experienced Senior Procurement Officer to support procurement activities for major projects. Location: Al Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute procurement activities in line with project requirements and schedules. Evaluate and approve suppliers and subcontractors in coordination with relevant departments. Negotiate prices, terms, and contract conditions with suppliers. Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials. Prepare procurement reports and monitor cost and performance. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Manage supplier relationships and improve supply chain performance. Resolve procurement and delivery-related issues. Bachelor s degree in a related discipline (Engineering preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, including at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia, preferably in infrastructure projects. Experience in engineering and infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, supply chain, and contracts. Strong negotiation, analytical, and time management skills. Good command of English, written and spoken. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
