Senior Planning Manager

The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assests, F\&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings and educational facilities. Mace is currently providing the programme management and are looking for high\-calibre experienced people. **You’ll be responsible for:** * Lead application of planning and scheduling methods, tools, and techniques. * Apply strong knowledge of project controls and Earned Value Management. * Communicate effectively with clients, project teams and stakeholders. * Influence complex requirements, providing clear analysis and corrective measures. * Manage and develop teams delivering planning and schedule management services. * Guide clients to adopt proposals and recommendations with confidence. * Undertake tasks required to fulfil project and assignment objectives. * Drive excellence in planning and project controls, aligned with Mace standards. * Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work. **You’ll need to have:** * Relevant degree and chartered membership or recognised professional certification preferred. * Professional membership (or working towards) with APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA, or equivalent. * Proven experience delivering residential and/or infrastructure projects within a PMO environment.
