Senior Planning Engineer

**SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER** We are looking for a highly experienced **Senior Planning Engineer** to join our project team for a major construction project in the UAE**. ​** Requirements: * **12\+ years of total planning experience** in construction. * Minimum **5 years UAE experience**. * Main Contractor experience is **mandatory**. * Experience in projects valued at **AED 150M\+** is highly preferred. * Strong experience managing the **overall project programme**, covering Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, Procurement, Engineering, Testing \& Commissioning, and Handover. * **Advanced Primavera P6 – Mandatory.** * Strong experience in Baseline Programme, Progress Monitoring, Critical Path, Recovery Programmes and Forecasting. * Strong knowledge of **Delay Analysis, EOT, TIA and Claims Support**. * Experience reviewing and managing **Subcontractors' Programmes**. * Strong FIDIC and contractual knowledge is highly preferred. * Advanced MS Excel. * Power BI is an advantage. * Strong communication, analytical and reporting skills. * UAE construction experience is essential. We are looking for someone who: Is not just a **P6 scheduler**, but a hands\-on Planning Engineer capable of managing the planning function, challenging reported progress, identifying the real causes of delays, analyzing their impact on the Critical Path, and developing practical recovery strategies.
