Job description
A leading, region wide retail loyalty programme is building a next generation, customer centric engagement ecosystem and launching co branded financial products (credit cards and more) across the GCC. They re hiring a Senior Partnerships Manager Co Brand to own and grow these strategic partnerships.
Key Focus Partnership Development & Management
• Lead end to end onboarding of co brand partners: project scope, business cases, implementation, go to market.
• Act as day to day account owner: performance reviews, operational issue resolution, payments and reconciliations.
• Build senior level relationships with banks and partners, manage governance forums, and ensure delivery against contracts.
Strategy, Product & Campaigns
• Develop annual and quarterly joint business/marketing plans with partners, including targets and budgets.
• Oversee marketing campaigns with internal teams: brief, approve, and review post campaign performance.
• Shape and refine Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) for co branded products to drive acquisition, usage and loyalty.
Market, Data & Insight
• Use market intelligence to identify new opportunities, mitigate risks and refine partnership strategies.
• Own data and performance analytics: build dashboards, track KPIs and feed insights into partner and product decisions.
Compliance & Governance
• Ensure all partnerships meet regulatory, legal and contractual requirements, including SLAs and payment terms.
• Embed best practice partnership and key account management frameworks, proactively addressing any compliance gaps.
Leadership & Delivery
• Lead and mentor a small support team, setting clear objectives and driving performance.
• Run cross functional projects across product, marketing, tech and finance to launch and optimise co branded products on time.
• 5-7 years experience in Key Account Management / Business Development, ideally in: Loyalty & rewards, Co branded financial products, E commerce or payments/fintech
• Proven track record signing, growing and managing strategic partnerships.
• Strong regional network and existing book of relevant contacts.
• Highly target driven, organised and commercially sharp, with a clear growth mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable at senior level.
• Confident working with CRM and Microsoft Office; data driven and metrics focused.
• Able to work independently, hit deadlines and make things happen .
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic a plus.
• Based in Dubai, with a valid UAE driving licence and car; willing to travel as needed.
