Senior Operator - Commercial Printing

• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot Rotoman Web Printing Machines. • Perform machine calibration, changeovers, and first-line preventive maintenance. • Monitor print quality, color registration, and production efficiency. • Minimize downtime, waste, and production defects. • Complete production and quality documentation accurately. • Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical guidance to operators. • Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards. • Diploma or Technical Certificate in Printing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • 5–7 years of commercial printing experience, including at least 3 years operating high-speed web offset printing machines. • Strong troubleshooting, machine setup, and preventive maintenance skills. • Good understanding of commercial web offset printing processes and quality standards. • Commercial Printing: 5 years (Required) • Rotoman Web Printing Machines is mandatory. : 2 years (Required)
