Senior Officer, TSSO - Support Systems

* **System Management** * Maintain production systems and resolve any issues + Satellite Applications support + Application Integration and API Calls + Cards services * Coordinate with vendors on system updates and requested changes * Obtain updates/changes and arrange for implementation. * Provide work schedule with timelines. * **Software Development:** * Obtain requirements from Business groups. * Analyze business requirements in the CR and coordinate with vendors and internal staff for development and delivery * Test and evaluate patches developed in\-house or received from vendors before submitting for UAT * Conduct Pretest with users \- Demonstration to the users on new and upgraded software. * **Business unit support** **:** * Support during UAT * Trouble\-shoot systems * Ensure business unit has required systems support * **Reports** **:** * Provide business with the ad\-hoc reports as per their requirements **Generic Accountabilities:** * **Corporate governance \& compliance** * Work fully within risk policies \& procedures and all compliance regulations * Work as per the IT policies and procedures following the change management etc. **6\. Key Performance Indicators:** * Good understanding of business requirements * High quality support to business unit * Effective management of projects within time lines. * Positive feedback from users * Effective updating of systems * Effective reports and analyses in line with business unit requirements * Effective operation of processes * Minimal downtime of systems * Effective relationships with vendors **Generic KPIs** Compliance with operational procedures and instructions, risk policies
