**About Us** Baraca Capital is a RERA licensed international real estate investment and development firm operating across Dubai, Bali, and South Lombok, Indonesia. Our Dubai office supports investors and clients across our advisory, development, and property management divisions. **The Role** We are looking for a Senior Mortgage Broker to join our Dubai team on a full time, in office basis. You will work directly with our clients and investors to structure and secure financing for property purchases, guiding them through the full mortgage process from application to closing. **Key Responsibilities** * Advise clients on suitable mortgage products from UAE banks and lenders * Assess client financial profiles and structure appropriate financing solutions * Liaise with banks, lenders, and financial institutions to negotiate terms * Manage the full mortgage application process, including documentation and compliance * Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners * Keep up to date with UAE mortgage regulations, interest rates, and market conditions * Support the wider sales and advisory team with financing structures for property deals * Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of experience as a mortgage broker in the UAE, with a clear and verifiable track record of closed deals * Strong existing relationships with UAE banks and lending institutions * Deep knowledge of UAE mortgage products, regulations, and approval processes * Excellent negotiation and communication skills * Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus * Based in Dubai and available to work from our office * Valid UAE residency and right to work **What We Offer** * Base salary plus commission structure * Office based role in a growing international real estate firm * Opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of investors and clients across Dubai and Southeast Asia * Clear path for growth within the company Pay: AED10,000\.00 \- AED16,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
