Senior Marketing Manager

**Role Description** We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven **Senior Business Growth \& Marketing Manager** to lead our business growth initiatives across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client acquisition, developing strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and executing marketing initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth. This role requires a strong blend of **Business Development, B2B Sales, Brand Building, Event Marketing, and Strategic Marketing**. While hands\-on expertise in digital marketing execution is not mandatory, the candidate should possess a good understanding of digital marketing concepts to effectively collaborate with the internal marketing team and maximize business opportunities. **Key Repsonsibilities** * Develop and execute business development strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across all service verticals. * Identify new business opportunities through networking, strategic partnerships, referrals, exhibitions, and market research. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision\-makers, corporate clients, and industry stakeholders. * Collaborate with the leadership team to identify new markets, industries, and growth opportunities. * Lead marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified business leads. * Plan and coordinate B2B events, seminars, exhibitions, networking sessions, and corporate engagement activities across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. * Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to align campaigns with business development objectives and maximize lead generation. * Support marketing activities including LinkedIn campaigns, content initiatives, email marketing, and brand awareness programs. * Monitor business development KPIs, marketing effectiveness, lead conversion, and ROI to continuously improve performance. * Coordinate with internal service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long\-term relationship management. * Represent the organization at industry events, business forums, and networking platforms to strengthen the company's market presence. * Prepare business development reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence updates for senior management. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. * **4–6 years of experience** in Business Development, Marketing, or Strategic Sales, with **at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role**. * Proven experience in B2B client acquisition and relationship management. * Strong understanding of strategic marketing and brand\-building initiatives. * Exposure to digital marketing concepts such as LinkedIn Marketing, SEO, Paid Advertising, Email Marketing, and Lead Generation. * Experience organizing business events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking activities. * GCC market experience will be a strong advantage. * Experience in professional services, consulting, financial services, business setup, accounting, taxation, or corporate services is highly preferred. * Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate marketing initiatives into business opportunities. * Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
