Job Description We are supporting a leading healthcare organisation in the UAE in their search for a Senior Manager to join a high-performing strategy and transformation team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced strategy professional to lead complex transformation initiatives across the Life Sciences, Pharma, and Biotech sectors. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping strategic priorities, driving execution, and delivering programmes that support long-term organisational growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities -Lead the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across Life Sciences, Pharma, and Biotech programmes. -Partner with senior stakeholders to define strategic priorities, drive alignment, and ensure successful execution. -Manage complex workstreams from strategy development through to implementation. -Develop high-quality analysis, presentations, business cases, and executive recommendations. -Oversee programme governance, performance tracking, and delivery across multiple initiatives. -Apply structured problem-solving to address complex business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and achieve measurable outcomes. Requirements -Previous experience within a leading strategy consulting firm, including McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Strategy&, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, or Roland Berger. -Experience at Engagement Manager, Project Leader, or Senior Manager level. -Strong background delivering strategy and transformation programmes within Life Sciences, Pharma, or Biotech. -Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead complex strategic initiatives. -Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. -Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments while managing multiple priorities.
