Senior Maintenance and Production Supervisor

**Why do we need you?** **Maintenance**: * Maintains properly all company’s equipment to avoid any interruption in production, delivery and quality control. * Executes the preventive maintenance program detailed in the maintenance record cards in close coordination with the Plant Manager. * Executes the calibration schedule in timely manner. * Repairs malfunctioning equipment and maintains all of company machinery and tools to keep them in good conditions and to secure an uninterrupted production and work flow. * Selects and follows with the Plant Supervisor subcontractors for maintenance activities. * Proposes to the Plant Manager technical improvement for equipment: modification, replacement. * Organizes and manages commissioning of new equipment. * Reports on maintenance record file all events such as preventive maintenance, repair, and modification for each equipment. * Organizes with the Plant Supervisor and the Purchase Responsible the purchase of spare parts and consumable materials for the factory. **Production**: * Reports to the maintenance team all machines breakdowns and troubleshooting in his production line and keeps the Plant Supervisor informed. * Instruct the team for producing the planned finished goods on each line * Supervises the team working in the assigned production line ensuring the efficiency of the team and the optimum production capacity according to set targets. * Review the raw materials needed for daily production with the storekeeper and procurement. * Assure sending samples of production for Quality evaluation according to the frequency requested by QC department. * Alerts the production line team about risks at work and ensures that safety recommendations are followed. **Is this job for you?** * Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in production or a similar supervisory position. * Good command of English language. Arabic \& Urdu is a plus. * Good practice of welding, electricity and mechanics. * High sense of responsibility, discipline and authority. * Able to work in a team environment. * Ability to manage a diverse work group. * Minimum knowledge of First Aid and Fire Fighting.
