Job description

Manage litigation, arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution matters. Provide legal advice on disputes, claims, and regulatory investigations. Develop dispute resolution strategies and assess legal risks. Review legal notices, pleadings, settlement agreements, and other legal documents. Manage and oversee external counsel, including performance and legal spend. Support negotiations and pursue early resolution where appropriate. Monitor legal developments and advise on their business impact. Maintain dispute reporting and ensure compliance with legal governance requirements. Deliver legal awareness and dispute prevention guidance to business stakeholders. • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent; LL.M. preferred. • Licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction. • 8 12 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, arbitration, and commercial disputes, gained in a leading law firm and/or corporate legal department.
