Senior Leasing Eexcutive

The Commercial Senior Leasing Executive will be responsible for marketing and leasing commercial properties to corporate tenants, retailers, and industrial users. This role requires deep expertise in commercial lease structures, tenant improvements (TI), and landlord representation. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute leasing strategies for office, retail, and industrial assets. * Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, brokers, and corporate clients. * Create and distribute marketing collateral, including offering memorandums (OMs), floor plans, and virtual tours. * List properties on commercial platforms (CoStar, LoopNet, CREXi) and manage all inquiries. * Negotiate lease terms, including rental rates, escalation clauses, operating expense pass\-throughs, and tenant improvement allowances. * Prepare and present Letters of Intent (LOIs) and lease proposals. * Collaborate with legal counsel to finalize lease agreements. * Conduct market research to track comparable properties, vacancy rates, and competitive leasing activity. * Provide regular market reports and leasing forecasts to senior management * Maintain strong relationships with third\-party commercial brokers and corporate real estate representatives. * Act as the primary liaison between tenants, property management, and construction teams during fit\-out and onboarding. **Qualifications** * Atleast 5\+ years of commercial real estate leasing experience (office, retail, or industrial). * Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field. * Active Real Estate License required. * Strong financial acumen; ability to analyze lease abstracts, CAM reconciliations, and NPV calculations. Proficiency in CoStar, Salesforce, or Yardi required. * Established relationships with commercial brokers and corporate tenants in the local market. * Conduct personalized tours of model units, amenities, and community spaces. * Preferred (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) license. **Lease Administration** * Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with local landlord\-tenant laws. * Coordinate move\-in processes, including security deposits, key handover, and welcome packages. * Manage lease renewals and resident retention initiative Work Location: In person
