Senior Java Software Engineer

We're looking for a **Senior Java Software Engineer** to join our team in Doha, Qatar, in an on\-site working mode. In this role, you will contribute to building robust and scalable enterprise solutions that support our clients’ digital transformation strategies. Your work will have a direct impact on delivering high\-quality software aligned with business objectives and industry best practices. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop and maintain Java\-based applications aligned with business goals * Implement solutions using Spring Boot, REST and OpenAPI frameworks * Apply microservice architecture principles and integrate cloud computing concepts * Ensure high code quality through automated testing and CI/CD practices * Collaborate with senior engineers to establish and uphold coding standards * Troubleshoot and optimize application performance for scalability and reliability * Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience * 5\+ years of experience in developing, testing and launching Java applications * Strong knowledge of modular Java web application development with Spring Boot, REST, OpenAPI * Experience with microservice architecture and cloud computing concepts * Understanding of DevOps concepts with focus on CI/CD and automated testing * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment * Proficient command of English **We offer** * Private healthcare and life insurance * End of service gratuity * Annual air travel tickets for expatriates * Corporate Programs including Employee Referral Program with rewards * Learning and development opportunities including in\-house training and coaching, professional certifications, and courses
