**Job Title: Senior IT Tendering \& Quantity Surveying Engineer** **Location:** Riyadh, Saudi Arabia **Experience Required:** 8–10 Years We are seeking an experienced **Senior IT Tendering \& Quantity Surveying Engineer** to join our team in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities * Prepare accurate quantity take\-offs and detailed cost estimates for IT and low\-current systems. * Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and scope requirements. * Prepare RFQs and evaluate suppliers’ and subcontractors’ quotations. * Prepare detailed technical and commercial comparison sheets. * Review system quantities against drawings, BOQs, specifications, and site conditions. * Conduct site surveys and verify actual quantities and installation requirements. * Prepare, review, and verify subcontractors’ interim payment certificates. * Support tender submissions, value engineering, budgeting, and cost\-control activities. * Maintain updated databases for equipment, materials, licences, software, labour, and subcontractor rates. * Identify quantity, pricing, compliance, and scope discrepancies before awarding purchase orders or subcontracts. * Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, system integrators, and subcontractors to ensure complete and compliant quotations. * Review technical submissions and ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements. Required Qualifications and Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline. * Minimum **8–10 years of relevant professional experience**. * At least **6 years of proven experience in the Saudi construction and technology market**. * Strong experience in tendering, estimation, quantity surveying, and quotation analysis for IT and low\-current systems. * Strong knowledge of equipment, software, licences, installation, labour, and subcontractor prices in the Saudi market. * Detailed knowledge of IT and low\-current systems, including: * Structured cabling systems * Active network systems * LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, switches, routers, and firewalls * Data centres and server rooms * Servers, storage, racks, UPS systems, and related infrastructure * CCTV systems * Access control systems * Intercom and visitor management systems * IPTV, digital signage, and audio\-visual systems * Public address and background music systems * Cybersecurity and network security requirements * Software platforms, licences, cloud services, and support subscriptions * Ability to prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, comparison sheets, compliance sheets, and subcontractor payment certificates. * Ability to review IT and low\-current drawings, system architecture, technical submittals, and site quantities. * Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. * Strong analytical, negotiation, reporting, and time\-management skills. * Ability to work accurately under tender deadlines and manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
