**Senior IT Operations Specialist** **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Location:** Doha, Qatar About the Role We are looking for an experienced **Senior IT Operations Specialist** to support and oversee the organization's IT operations, infrastructure, systems, and technical services across the company and its subsidiaries. The role will be responsible for maintaining secure, reliable, and cost\-effective IT systems while providing technical support, infrastructure management, cybersecurity support, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement of IT services. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and support IT infrastructure, networks, servers, endpoints, and systems across multiple locations. * Ensure system availability, stability, performance, and effective day\-to\-day IT operations. * Administer and support **Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and endpoint management** environments. * Support IT security, vulnerability management, incident response, and **ISO 27001\-aligned practices**. * Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support and support user onboarding and offboarding. * Review IT tools, software licenses, infrastructure usage, and vendor services to identify cost\-saving opportunities. * Coordinate with IT vendors and suppliers regarding hardware, software, renewals, licensing, and support services. * Support internal IT projects and technology deployments, including SharePoint and device management solutions. * Maintain IT documentation, data protection, backup, and recovery processes. * Provide technical guidance and support to IT team members. * Work closely with management, HR, Finance, Admin, and other departments to support business requirements. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in **Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field**. * **7–10 years of experience** in IT infrastructure, IT operations, and technical support. * Strong hands\-on experience with: * Microsoft 365 Administration * Microsoft Intune * Microsoft Azure * Hybrid Active Directory * Endpoint Management * Network and Firewall Management * NAS and Veeam * Data Loss Prevention and Network Security * Practical understanding of **ISO 27001 frameworks and compliance**. * Experience with IT vendor coordination, software licensing, renewals, and cost optimization. * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide effective technical support across different locations. **Preferred Candidate** We are looking for a proactive and technically strong IT professional who can independently manage day\-to\-day IT operations, troubleshoot complex issues, support infrastructure and security requirements, and contribute to technology improvements and cost efficiency. **Working Conditions** This is primarily an **office\-based role**, with flexibility to attend client meetings, events, or production reviews.
