Job description

To lead and manage the Dirah s investment activities by evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial and strategic analyses, overseeing due diligence processes, and providing investment recommendations to executive management to support informed decision-making and maximize portfolio value in alignment with the Dirah s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and evaluate real estate investment opportunities aligned with Dirah s investment strategy and portfolio objectives. • Conduct market research and feasibility studies on potential real estate developments, and strategic investments. • Lead financial analysis and valuation of real estate assets, including development appraisals, and investment return scenarios. • Assess project viability through underwriting, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessment across various development and investment scenarios. • Support structuring and evaluation of real estate transactions, partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. • Coordinate and oversee due diligence activities for acquisitions, developments, and investment transactions, including legal, financial, technical, and commercial reviews. • Prepare investment memorandums and recommendations for executive management and investment committees. • Monitor and analyze the performance of the real estate investment portfolio against approved business cases and return targets. • Work closely with development, finance, legal, and external advisors to ensure alignment throughout transaction execution and asset lifecycle. • Maintain relationships with investors, developers, brokers, consultants, and strategic partners to support pipeline generation and market intelligence. • Track market trends, sector performance, and macroeconomic indicators impacting the real estate investment landscape. • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Investment, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. • Master s degree and/or professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or MBA are preferred. • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in investment, corporate finance, strategy, investment banking, private equity, or related fields. • Proven experience in financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and investment structuring. • Prior experience in real estate, holding companies, investment firms, or large corporates is preferred. • Minimum 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience.
