Senior HVAC Technician

We are looking for an experienced **Senior HVAC Technician** with strong hands\-on experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of **HVAC and chiller systems**. Key Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems, including **air\-cooled chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV, package and split AC units**. * Diagnose and troubleshoot **mechanical, electrical and control\-related faults**. * Carry out chiller servicing, refrigerant charging, leak detection, compressor checks and other major repairs. * Attend breakdowns and ensure timely restoration of equipment with minimum downtime. * Inspect system performance and identify recurring faults and required corrective actions. * Read and interpret HVAC drawings, wiring diagrams and technical manuals. * Guide junior technicians and ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and properly. * Maintain service reports, maintenance records and equipment logs. * Follow all company **HSE and safety procedures**. Requirements * **ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration \& Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.** * Minimum **5–7 years of hands\-on HVAC experience**. * **Minimum 5 years of strong hands\-on experience with air\-cooled chillers is essential.** * Experience with major chiller brands such as **Carrier, York, Trane or equivalent** preferred. * Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical controls and fault diagnosis. * Experience with **AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV, package and split AC systems**. * GCC/Qatar experience preferred. * Good communication and troubleshooting skills. * Candidates **currently available in Qatar and able to join immediately** will be preferred.
