Senior HVAC Engineer

We are looking for an experienced **Senior HVAC Engineer** to join our Facility Management \& Operations team in Qatar. Key Responsibilities * Oversee HVAC systems and ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and performance. * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC systems. * Monitor system performance, identify issues, and ensure timely resolution. * Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and other stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and facility management standards. * Prepare and review technical reports, maintenance schedules, and related documentation. * Support the smooth operation of HVAC systems across large\-scale facilities and projects. Required Qualifications * **Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Engineering** from a recognized university. * **Valid UPDA Certification** is mandatory. Required Experience * Minimum **10 years of experience** in **Facility Management \& Operations**, with strong exposure to HVAC systems. * Experience in **commercial buildings, mega mixed\-use developments, or similar large\-scale projects**. * **Gulf/GCC experience in Facility Management \& Operations** is required. * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance practices, and facility operations. * Proven experience in managing technical teams and coordinating maintenance activities.
