Senior Human Resources UAE Nationality

Department: Operations Type: Full Time Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE. * Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and Emiratization requirements. * Proven experience in Emiratization / UAE National recruitment. * Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations. * Good analytical and reporting skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills and Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems. Responsibilities * Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations. * Develop and implement Emiratization plans in line with business requirements and UAE regulations. * Monitor Emiratization targets, workforce ratios, and compliance requirements. * Support the recruitment and development of UAE Nationals across different functions. * Maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws. * Manage employee records, HR reports, and workforce data. * Partner with management to address employee relations and HR\-related matters. * Support performance management, training, and career development initiatives. * Prepare regular HR and Emiratization reports for management. * Stay updated on UAE labor and Emiratization regulations and ensure timely compliance.
