We're Hiring \| HR Generalist / Senior HR Generalist Company: Try GC Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full\-Time Try GC is looking for an experienced and motivated HR Generalist / Senior HR Generalist to join our growing team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities : \- \- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding processes. \- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally. \- Maintain employee records and HR documentation. \- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. \- Coordinate visa, labor, and immigration\-related processes. \- Support payroll preparation and attendance management. \- Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives. \- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR data. \- Support management in implementing HR strategies and procedures.
