Senior Heavy Equipment Operator

**Role Overview** Arihat Industrial Operations is seeking a skilled and safety\-conscious Senior Heavy Equipment Operator to manage heavy machinery across active industrial and site development projects. You will operate, inspect, and maintain machinery (such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and cranes) while leading on\-site safety protocols and mentoring junior operators. **Key Responsibilities** * Safely operate heavy machinery (excavators, loaders, bulldozers, graders, and cranes) to execute earthmoving, site preparation, and material handling tasks. * Perform daily pre\-operational and post\-operational machinery inspections, reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately. * Read and interpret site plans, grade stakes, and engineering blueprints to execute precise earthworks and layout specifications. * Mentor and guide junior equipment operators on operational safety, machine efficiency, and equipment handling techniques. * Collaborate with site managers, safety officers, and ground crews to maintain site productivity and adhere to strict safety standards. * Execute routine machine maintenance, fluid checks, and equipment cleaning to minimize machinery downtime. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * High School Diploma, Vocational Training, or equivalent certification; relevant heavy equipment operator certifications/licenses required. * Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy industrial or earthmoving equipment in construction, mining, or industrial sites. * Proven expertise in operating multiple classes of heavy machinery with precision and safety focus. * Strong ability to read site blueprints, grade stakes, and technical instructions. * Exceptional commitment to workplace safety (OSHA or local industrial standards), clear communication, and teamwork skills. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٥٬٥٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
