Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (MERN/MEAN) **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Work Model:** On\-site **Department:** Core Engineering Team About the Role We are looking for **top\-tier Full Stack Software Engineers** to join our core engineering team in Dubai and help build a next\-generation technology platform designed for a global audience. We are particularly interested in engineers with experience working on **large\-scale consumer, mobile, web, or video platforms** and candidates who have worked with leading technology companies such as **Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok/ByteDance, LinkedIn, Tencent, Microsoft, Amazon, Netflix**, or comparable organizations. This is a core engineering opportunity for developers who can contribute not only to application development but also to **system architecture, scalability, performance, security, and technical strategy**. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications. * Build high\-performance backend services, APIs, and microservices. * Develop using modern **MERN/MEAN stack technologies**. * Work with JavaScript/TypeScript, React/React Native, Node.js and modern backend frameworks. * Design and optimize databases, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure. * Build systems capable of supporting high traffic and large user populations. * Contribute to system architecture, scalability, security, and performance. * Implement CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps, and engineering best practices. * Integrate AI/ML capabilities into products where applicable. * Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and engineering teams. * Participate in key technical and architectural decisions. Required Skills \& Experience * Strong professional experience as a **Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer**. * Strong expertise in **MERN or MEAN stack**. * Advanced knowledge of: * JavaScript / TypeScript * React / React Native * Node.js * REST APIs / Microservices * SQL and/or NoSQL databases * Cloud platforms * Git and CI/CD * System architecture and distributed systems * Experience developing **highly scalable applications**. * Strong understanding of application security, performance optimization, and API design. * Experience working with large\-scale consumer applications is highly desirable. * AI/ML, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or mobile development experience is an advantage.
