Senior Financial Analyst

The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial insights, monitor business performance, identify opportunities for cost optimization, and support management decision\-making through accurate financial analysis and reporting. **What we're looking for** -------------------------- **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. * Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred. * Minimum 5 years of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning experience. * Strong experience in financial reporting, variance analysis, and business performance evaluation. * Experience working with ERP systems and financial management tools. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. * Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and financial controls. * Experience in large corporate or multinational environments is an advantage. **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent financial modeling and data interpretation abilities. * Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. * Strong business acumen and commercial awareness. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross\-functional teams. * Professional integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
