Senior Executive – Facilities

Responsible for managing daily facility operations, maintenance, vendor services, safety compliance, and infrastructure to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace across offices, factories, and warehouses. Key Responsibilities • Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs. • Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and utility systems. • Supervise housekeeping, security, pest control, and other outsourced services. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Coordinate facility projects, office modifications, and space utilization. • Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives. • Manage facility budgets, service contracts, and vendor performance. • Support emergency preparedness and fire safety requirements. • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field. • 5–8 years of facilities management experience, preferably in manufacturing. • Strong knowledge of building maintenance, vendor management, and HSE standards.
