Senior Environmental Engineer - HSE Manager

We are looking for an experienced **HSE Manager** with **18\+ years of experience** in the oil \& gas industry, preferably with **PMC experience**, for an exciting project. Candidates should have a strong background in HSE management, contractor oversight, regulatory compliance, and international safety standards.
