Senior Engineer - Material

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced material strategies, driving innovation and performance improvements. • Oversee material selection processes, ensuring compliance with stringent industry standards and project requirements. • Conduct in-depth failure analysis and root cause investigations for material-related issues, proposing and implementing corrective actions. • Collaborate with R&D teams to explore and qualify novel materials for next-generation products and applications. • Master's or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Engineering, or a closely related field. • Proven expertise in material characterization techniques (e.g., SEM, TEM, XRD, DSC) and mechanical testing. • Demonstrated experience in managing complex material projects from concept to production.
