Senior ELV Engineer

We are looking for an experienced **Senior ELV Engineer** to join our Facility Management \& Operations team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in ELV systems and proven experience managing large\-scale commercial facilities. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of ELV systems. * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities for ELV systems. * Coordinate with technical teams, contractors, and service providers. * Monitor system performance and ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and facility management standards. * Review maintenance schedules, technical reports, and system documentation. * Support smooth and reliable operation of ELV systems across the facility. Required Qualifications * **Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering** from a recognized university. * **Valid UPDA Certification** is mandatory. Required Experience * Minimum **10 years of experience** in **Facility Management \& Operations**, with strong exposure to: * **ELV Systems** * **Fire Fighting (FF)** * **Fire Alarm (FA)** * Other related low\-voltage and building systems * Experience in **commercial buildings, mega mixed\-use developments, or similar large\-scale projects**. * Minimum **8 years of Gulf/GCC experience** in Facility Management \& Operations. * Strong knowledge of ELV systems, maintenance practices, and facility operations.
