**Role Summary**
Draftsman/ Senior Draftsman is responsible for designing different projects with unique and well\-organized structures for turnkey fit out projects such as retail stores, supermarkets, F\&B outlets, offices, banks etc.
**Role Description**
· Manage the architectural design ensuring that projects are subjected to the required due diligence to ensure consistent quality of built assets with a predictable operational outcome
· Liaise and integrate with all relevant engineering disciplines to ensure that the design meets the Clients quality, budget, and time requirements
· Perform reviews of third\-party designs to ensure compliance to company standards and policies as well as relevant local and international specifications
· Work with CAD systems for creating, modifying and issuing drawings
· Continuously monitor and report the progress of the Fit\-out Design – architectural workstream projects in terms of safety, budget, schedule, quality etc
· Contribute to the monitoring and reporting of supply chain key deliverable and associated KPIs
· Contribute to post project reviews including the identification of opportunities for participating in change initiatives, programs, and projects in alignment to leading practices, improvement of processes and productivity improvement.
· Site Visits, site as built and setting out requirements at site
· Maintaining the drawing logs
· Preparing RFIs on the given design.
· Compliance with the Company’s IMS Policy \& International QHSE Standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 \& ISO 45001:2018\.
**Candidate Requirements**
* The candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 10 years of experience in joinery \& fitout related drawings working with REVIT software.
* Good ability to develop 3D drawings, presentation board and develop new concepts
* Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational environment
* Good knowledge of various design software along with materials \& technical specifications related to interior design. (CAD)
* Excellent time management \& organisational skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Educational qualification (ITI/Diploma min) or relevant
* Technical knowledge in fitout construction will be added advantage
