Qiddiya Investment Company is a Saudi holding and development company leading major investments in entertainment, sports, and culture, including the development of Qiddiya City and related destination offerings. This is an opportunity to join a business shaping large-scale destination experiences while supporting the financial discipline, governance, and commercial oversight needed to deliver complex operations effectively. As Senior Director - Finance and Control, you will lead a broad function at the heart of City Operations, helping align financial management, governance, risk, procurement, and contract oversight with operational priorities. The role has significant cross-functional impact, partnering closely with central teams to translate operational needs into clear, effective financial and commercial processes that support performance, accountability, and control. Responsibilities • Lead the centralized Finance and Control function across City Operations, covering finance, governance, risk, controls, procurement, and contract management. • Oversee the Finance, Governance Risk & Controls, and Contracts & Procurement teams, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and effective ways of working. • Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost control for City Operations in coordination with central Finance. • Oversee invoicing, service charge management, cost recovery, and related controls to support operational performance. • Support governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, including forums, policies, and standards. • Oversee business continuity planning and ensure key operational risks are identified, monitored, escalated, and mitigated. • Lead procurement and contract management oversight, ensuring sourcing, approvals, vendor performance, and contract lifecycle activities align with company requirements. • Coordinate with central functions including Finance, Procurement, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to address City Operations requirements. • Support the development of City Operations processes, procedures, delegation of authority requirements, and financial controls. • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Operations or project management, or urban management. • 12-15 years of relevant experience, including senior-level experience in finance, governance, risk, controls, procurement, contract management, or commercial operations. • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cost control, invoicing, service charge, and cost recovery mechanisms. • Strong knowledge of procurement, contract lifecycle management, vendor performance, and commercial controls. • Experience establishing or operating governance, risk, compliance, controls, and business continuity frameworks. • Experience coordinating with central corporate functions and translating operational requirements into financial and commercial processes. • Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia. • Background in real estate, infrastructure, or other asset-heavy operations is a plus.
