**Senior Desktop Support Engineer \- Windows PC, Laptop \& Printer Support** **Location:** Muscat International Airport (MCT) or Salalah Airport (SLL), Oman **Please Read Before Applying** This position requires **commercial Desktop Support experience**. Applicants must have hands\-on experience supporting **Windows PCs, laptops, printers, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and end users** in a business environment. **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced Senior Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for Windows desktop computers, laptops, printers and Airport IT systems at either **Muscat International Airport (MCT)** or **Salalah Airport (SLL)**. This is a permanent onsite role supporting airport operations, maintaining high availability of critical IT equipment and delivering exceptional customer support. **Responsibilities** * Provide onsite Desktop Support for Windows PCs and laptops. * Install, configure and maintain Windows desktop environments. * Diagnose and repair PC, laptop and printer hardware. * Support Microsoft Office and standard desktop applications. * Resolve end\-user hardware and software incidents. * Perform preventative maintenance and equipment health checks. * Coordinate hardware repairs and warranty activities. * Maintain asset records, inventory and service documentation. * Work to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Deliver professional onsite customer support and technical assistance. **Minimum Requirements** * Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent. * Minimum **2\-3 years** commercial Desktop Support experience. * Strong Windows 10/11 Desktop Support experience. * PC and laptop hardware troubleshooting. * Printer support experience. * Microsoft Office support. * Working knowledge of Active Directory. * Basic TCP/IP networking knowledge. * Experience working to SLAs. * ITIL Foundation certification. * Microsoft or equivalent desktop support certification will be advantageous. * Airport IT support experience will be advantageous. * Must be legally eligible to work in Oman.
