Others, Others Job Summary Job Title \- Construction Supervision * Five main Logistic Park site needing 5 dedicated Senior Site engineers to oversee all construction from Earth works, to Civil to Structural erection to sheeting the building to managing all MEP service interfaces into the Site and into each of the dedicated buildings, namely 1\. Plot 1 Shing –Young 2\. Plot 2 Benteler 3\. Plot 3 JVIS 4\. Plot 4 Fangxin 5\. Plot 5 Lear The main purpose is to ensure CEER has oversight aligning to the PMC/PAC and the main contractor MBL Coordination of HSE, daily progress in the 2\-week, 4 week and 12\-week lookahead works where applicable, Logistics, general coordination. Represent CEER as the Client on all construction activities. * Monitor PMC and Main Contractor performance. * Ensure works are executed safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved design. * Coordinate construction interfaces between multiple contractors and stakeholders. * Identify risks early and facilitate timely resolution. * Verify construction progress against project schedule. * Ensure quality assurance and inspection requirements are achieved. * Support successful handover of completed works. Experience • Minimum 12–15 years of experience in quality management within the construction industry. * Significant experience on large\-scale industrial, manufacturing facility, or infrastructure projects in the GCC region. * Proven track record managing QMS on projects with multiple contractors and subcontractors. * Experience with Saudi Building Code, SASO standards, and international standards (ISO 9001, ASTM, BS). * GCC/KSA project experience is essential; KAEC project experience is an advantage.
