### **Senior Data Quality \& ETL Test Lead** **Role Summary** We are looking for an experienced **Senior Data Quality \& ETL Test Lead** to lead end\-to\-end testing and validation of complex **finance data pipelines, ETL processes, data warehouses, and financial reporting solutions**. The role will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, completeness, integrity, and consistency across multiple source systems and downstream reporting platforms, with a strong focus on financial and regulatory reporting. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the **test strategy, planning, execution, and governance** for ETL, data quality, data warehouse, and financial reporting projects. * Validate **data extraction, transformation, aggregation, reconciliation, and loading** across multiple source systems. * Ensure accuracy and completeness of **P\&L, General Ledger (GL), financial, and regulatory reporting** data. * Define and implement **data testing and automation frameworks** for validation and regression testing. * Develop comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and validation scripts using **SQL and data profiling techniques**. * Validate BI reports, dashboards, KPIs, and financial reporting outputs against source data. * Perform data reconciliation and investigate data discrepancies, transformation issues, and integrity gaps. * Lead **defect management, triage, root\-cause analysis**, and resolution in collaboration with data engineering and development teams. * Work closely with **Data Engineering, BI, Finance, Risk, and Business teams** to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables. * Establish and monitor **data quality metrics, controls, and reporting** to support financial and regulatory compliance. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in data testing, quality processes, and test automation. * Lead and mentor testing teams across large and complex data programs. ### **Required Skills \& Experience** * **10\+ years of experience** in Data Testing, ETL Testing, Data Quality, or Data Warehouse Testing. * Strong experience in **Finance/Banking domain**, particularly **P\&L, General Ledger (GL), financial reporting, and regulatory reporting**. * Excellent hands\-on expertise in **SQL**, data validation, reconciliation, and data profiling. * Strong experience in **ETL testing, data warehousing, and complex data pipelines**. * Experience validating **BI reports, dashboards, and financial reporting solutions**. * Working knowledge of **cloud data platforms** and modern data architectures. * Experience with data testing/automation frameworks and regression testing. * Strong understanding of **data quality principles, controls, and governance**. * Proven experience leading **large, complex data testing programs** and managing cross\-functional teams. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. **Skills:** ETL Testing , Data Quality , SQL
