Senior Customer Success Manager (Trading)

The **Senior Customer Success Manager (Trading)** at Lean Technologies is a senior role. The position focuses on managing enterprise clients in the Trading \& Gaming sector, including brokerages, cryptocurrency exchanges, trading platforms, gaming operators, and digital wallets. The role owns the entire customer lifecycle after the sale, from onboarding through renewals and business expansion. **Key responsibilities** Manage strategic enterprise accounts throughout onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Develop account growth strategies and identify upselling and cross\-selling opportunities. Lead complex customer implementations involving real\-time payment infrastructure. Ensure customers successfully use Lean's payment solutions, including deposits, withdrawals, and wallet integrations. Monitor customer health, resolve operational issues, and reduce business risks. Build strong relationships with executives, product teams, compliance teams, and other senior stakeholders. Conduct executive business reviews and demonstrate how Lean's products improve customer performance and revenue. Work closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to improve customer outcomes and influence future product development.
