**About Us** Odigo Map Consultants is a spatial intelligence and GIS advisory firm, providing location analytics, mapping frameworks, and strategy consulting to streamline geographic data for enterprise clients. **Role Overview** We are seeking a strategic Senior Consultant to drive spatial data initiatives, lead client engagements, and deliver custom GIS and mapping solutions. You will translate complex geospatial requirements into business strategies, guide technical teams, and manage client relationships from kickoff to implementation. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead client advisory engagements, defining geographic scope, spatial requirements, and solution architectures. * Direct the design, implementation, and integration of enterprise GIS, location intelligence, and spatial analytics platforms. * Manage project deliverables, budgets, timelines, and cross\-functional team workflows. * Conduct spatial risk assessments, market demographic analysis, and location\-based data modeling. * Prepare and present technical reports, executive dashboards, and strategic roadmaps to key stakeholders. * Mentor junior consultants and support business development through proposal creation and client presentations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geography, Urban Planning, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred. * 5\+ years of experience in geospatial consulting, spatial analytics, or GIS project management. * Advanced proficiency with GIS platforms (e.g., ArcGIS Enterprise, QGIS, Carto) and spatial databases (PostGIS, Spatial SQL). * Strong analytical, spatial problem\-solving, and data visualization capabilities. * Proven experience managing client relationships and multi\-phase consulting projects. * Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation skills. **Benefits** * Competitive salary package with performance bonuses * Flexible remote/hybrid working options * Comprehensive medical, health, and wellness benefits * Generous paid time off, sick leave, and company holidays * Annual professional development and certification stipend الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٣٬٢٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
