Senior Consultant - Data Management / Information Management & Technology

**Job Purpose** Serve as the principal authority for enterprise data and information management by defining long\-term corporate strategy, leading transformational programs, and advising executive leadership on maximizing the strategic value of data and digital technologies. **Key Responsibilities** * Define the corporate vision and strategy for data and information management. * Lead enterprise\-wide digital transformation and innovation programs. * Advise executive management on strategic data and technology decisions. * Establish enterprise governance policies and organizational standards. * Sponsor and oversee major strategic initiatives and investment programs. * Drive adoption of emerging technologies, including AI and advanced analytics. * Represent the organization with regulators, partners, and international industry forums. * Lead executive steering committees and governance boards. * Develop long\-term capability\-building and succession strategies. * Foster a data\-driven culture across the organization. * Guide organizational change and enterprise modernization initiatives. * Mentor senior leaders and develop future consultants. **Minimum Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline**. * **Master’s degree required**; PhD is an advantage. * Professional certifications in **data management, architecture, or executive leadership** are highly desirable. **Experience** * Minimum **20\+ years of progressive experience**. * Proven leadership in enterprise\-scale data management and digital transformation programs. * Extensive experience advising executive leadership and managing high\-impact strategic initiatives. **Technical Competencies** * Executive Leadership * Corporate Strategy Development * Enterprise Data Governance * Digital Innovation * Organizational Transformation * Executive Communication * Strategic Decision\-Making * Risk Management * Business Transformation * Influencing and Negotiation * Talent Development Work Location: In person
