Senior Construction Field Supervisor

**Role Overview** Pralaksha Infrastructure is seeking a dedicated Senior Construction Field Supervisor to direct daily on\-site construction operations, manage field labor, and enforce safety and quality standards across active infrastructure projects. You will serve as the primary link between project managers, site engineers, and field crews to keep work on schedule, within budget, and aligned with structural specifications. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee daily field activities, heavy machinery operations, subcontractor workflows, and labor deployment across construction sites. * Interpret civil blueprints, structural drawings, and project schedules to guide field teams in precise execution. * Enforce strict compliance with site safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) mandates, and environmental standards. * Conduct continuous quality assurance checks on raw materials, concrete pours, structural assembly, and civil earthworks. * Monitor daily progress against project milestones, logging site activity, weather impacts, labor hours, and material consumption. * Resolve on\-site technical issues, material shortages, and operational bottlenecks in coordination with project engineers and site managers. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical field experience. * Minimum 6 years of experience in construction field supervision, with a strong emphasis on large\-scale infrastructure or civil works. * Proven ability to read and execute complex construction blueprints, survey markers, and structural plans. * Strong leadership experience in directing site labor, managing subcontractors, and maintaining site safety standards. * Excellent problem\-solving, site communication, and team management skills. **How to Apply** موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
