Senior Communications & Content Specialist for Siemens Middle East Location: Dubai, UAE Job Summary Siemens Middle East is seeking a dynamic and experienced Content & Communications Specialist to join our Marketing and Communications Team. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Communications, this role is pivotal in shaping our narrative across the region, working closely with Digital, Business Marketing, and Country Communications Teams. What you'll do: As our Senior Content & Communications Specialist, you will be a master storyteller, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. Your responsibilities will include:
• 5+ years in communications, content, journalism, or editorial roles, preferably within a corporate, agency, or B2B environment.
• Exceptional professional writing and editing skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to produce original, publication-ready content in both languages.
• Proven ability to write effectively across diverse formats and for various audiences, from executive talking points to long-form thought leadership.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram) and content management systems, with working knowledge of SEO, analytics, and content performance metrics.
• Strong research skills and the ability to translate complex topics into compelling narratives.
• Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple deliverables and working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B technology, energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with social media management platforms (e.g., Sprinklr), CRM/newsletter tools, or AI-assisted content workflows.
• Regional market knowledge (GCC/MENA).
• Experience with executive profiling or CEO communications programs.
• Execution-first: Driven by delivering high-quality work, on time, every time.
• Digitally Native: Thinks strategically about reach, engagement, and platform-specific impact.
