Senior Commercial Investment Broker, Sale and Leaseback

Statly Properties \| Dubai, UAE Target deal size: AED 80 million to AED 150 million About the opportunity Statly Properties is seeking an experienced commercial investment broker to source and close high\-value property transactions. Key responsibilities * Source suitable properties through direct relationships with business owners, shareholders and corporate decision\-makers. * Assess opportunities against the investor’s criteria, including ownership, price, business performance and proposed lease terms. * Prepare investment summaries and coordinate the collection of property and financial information. * Negotiate purchase prices and commercial lease terms. * Manage the transaction process with investors, lawyers, valuers and advisers through to completion. **What you need** * A record of personally closing large commercial property deals, ideally AED 80 million or more each * Experience in commercial investment sales, institutional acquisitions or capital markets * Sale and leaseback experience (strongly preferred) * Strong relationships with UAE business owners, property owners or institutional investors * Good understanding of valuation, rental yields, long leases and tenant financial strength * Ability to find deals on your own and lead complex negotiations * A RERA broker card, or eligibility to register under Statly Properties Pay: AED1,000\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)
