Senior Client Project Manager

Position Overview: We're looking for an experienced Senior Client Project Manager to lead the delivery of retail software integration and managed services projects across the fuel and convenience retail sector. In this role, you'll work closely with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business objectives, service commitments, and customer expectations. You'll take ownership of projects from planning through implementation, ensuring successful delivery while managing scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets. Proven experience managing software delivery, systems integration, or managed services projects. Strong understanding of retail technology solutions, including POS, back-office systems, payments, and related integrations. Experience managing multiple stakeholders in complex project environments. Knowledge of service delivery models, SLAs, and project financial management. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Professional business English, written and spoken.
