Senior Business Consultant (Contract)

**What you'll do** Interview stakeholders across the client's operating departments, from executives to frontline teams, and map how the business actually works. Turn what you hear into a prioritised inventory of AI opportunities, size the value behind the strongest ones, and build the business cases that support them. Produce board\-grade written and visual deliverables, and help present the findings to the client's executive team. **What we need** * A management / tech consulting background from a Big Four firm (plus), a strategy house, or a corporate transformation team. * Proven ability to run senior stakeholder interviews and process mapping in a large organisation, and to earn the trust of department heads quickly * You build your own financial models and business cases, and you can defend the numbers. * Excellent written English and genuinely strong slide craft. What you produce goes to the client without being rewritten * Fluent Arabic for interviews with operational and frontline teams * Comfortable working in a small senior team with direct client exposure and no support layer beneath you * Exposure to digital or AI transformation programmes is an advantage, deep technical skills are not required. * Previous Experience in Banking Experience is a plus.
