Senior Business Analyst - SAP

* Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into SAP functional requirements. * Understand existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and SAP optimization. * Work closely with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and SAP consultants to define appropriate solutions. * Analyze SAP workflows, transactions, reports, interfaces, and business processes to ensure they meet operational requirements. * Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, process flows, and solution documentation. * Configure and support SAP modules based on business requirements and organizational processes. * Conduct gap analysis between current business processes and standard SAP functionality. * Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, integrations, reports, enhancements, and interfaces. * Support SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, testing, and rollout activities. * Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Investigate system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with SAP support teams for timely resolution. * Monitor system performance and ensure SAP solutions support business operations effectively. * Provide training, guidance, and user support to employees on SAP processes and functionalities. * Maintain SAP process documentation, user manuals, workflows, and standard operating procedures. * Support data validation, data migration, reconciliation, and master data activities. * Coordinate with vendors and external SAP consultants for system enhancements and issue resolution. * Ensure SAP processes comply with internal policies, business controls, and organizational requirements. * Prepare management reports, dashboards, and business analysis to support decision\-making. * Track project requirements, issues, risks, dependencies, and change requests throughout SAP projects. * Continuously evaluate SAP processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
