Senior Brand Designer

• Own and evolve the brand's visual identity — logo systems, typography, color, iconography, imagery and layout — and keep it consistent across all channels. • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and design toolkits for internal and external teams. • Lead the design of campaigns across digital, social, print, OOH, packaging, and in-store/retail environments. • Turn briefs and brand strategy into strong creative concepts, then execute them to a polished, production-ready standard. • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and communications teams, and brief/manage external agencies and vendors when needed. • Review and guide the work of junior designers, providing creative direction and quality control. • Manage multiple projects end to end, balancing deadlines, feedback rounds, and brand standards. • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. • 6+ years of brand/graphic design experience, ideally including in-house or agency work for established brands. • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity and multi-channel design work (portfolio link required). • Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma; motion/After Effects a plus. • Solid grasp of typography, layout, and how brand strategy informs design decisions. • Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to take feedback and iterate quickly. • English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage. • UAE/GCC experience preferred.
