Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. **Job Description:** Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior BIM/CAD Engineer** to lead BIM coordination, digital engineering management, CAD standards implementation, model development, and multidisciplinary design coordination activities for a major Airport, Infrastructure, and Airfield Development Project. The successful candidate will support the Delivery Partner by managing BIM workflows, coordinating engineering models, ensuring compliance with project BIM requirements, and facilitating effective collaboration between multiple disciplines including Architecture, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, ICT, Airfield Systems, AGL, Utilities, Roads, Pavements, and Airport Specialist Systems. The Senior BIM/CAD Engineer will play a key role in ensuring accurate digital representation of airport assets including passenger terminals, runways, taxiways, cargo aprons, aircraft stands, landside facilities, utility networks, and operational infrastructure, supporting design review, construction coordination, digital delivery, and asset handover requirements. **What You'll Be Doing:** * Lead BIM coordination activities across the airport development program. * Establish and maintain BIM workflows, standards, procedures, and coordination requirements. * Support implementation of the Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and Digital Delivery Strategy. * Provide technical guidance to BIM engineers, CAD technicians, consultants, and contractors. * Ensure BIM deliverables align with project objectives, client requirements, and international best practices. * Coordinate BIM models across all engineering disciplines including: + Civil and infrastructure. + Structural systems. + Architectural works. + Mechanical systems. + Electrical systems. + ICT and ELV systems. + Airfield infrastructure. + Utilities and drainage networks. + AGL and airport specialist systems. * Perform model federation, clash detection, and interface coordination. * Identify and resolve spatial conflicts between disciplines. * Support technical teams in optimizing design solutions through BIM coordination. * Review BIM models, CAD drawings, and digital engineering deliverables for compliance with project standards. * Ensure models meet Level of Development (LOD), Level of Information (LOI), and project information requirements. * Perform quality checks on model accuracy, naming conventions, coordinates, parameters, and data consistency. * Monitor consultant and contractor BIM submissions. * Ensure compliance with Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows and document control procedures. * Support BIM coordination for major airport assets including: + Passenger terminals and concourses. + Cargo facilities. + Runways and taxiways. + Aircraft parking stands and aprons. + Airport roads and infrastructure. + Utility corridors. + Operational and maintenance facilities. * Ensure proper integration of engineering systems within complex airport environments. * Support digital coordination between airside and landside infrastructure. * Manage CAD standards, templates, workflows, and drawing production requirements. * Review engineering drawings for compliance with project CAD standards. * Ensure consistency of drawings, layouts, references, and technical documentation. * Support engineering teams with drafting requirements and technical visualization. * Maintain accurate digital records of design revisions and engineering updates. * Provide BIM support during construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover phases. * Review contractor BIM submissions, shop drawings, as\-built models, and digital deliverables. * Support construction teams in resolving field coordination issues. * Coordinate BIM\-based progress monitoring and construction sequencing activities. * Support verification of installed works against approved digital models. * Support development and management of asset information models (AIM). * Ensure BIM data supports operation and maintenance requirements. * Coordinate information exchange between consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders. * Support preparation of digital handover documentation. * Maintain structured project information according to client requirements. * Coordinate with the Client, airport authorities, consultants, contractors, and specialist system suppliers regarding BIM requirements. * Participate in BIM coordination meetings, technical workshops, and design reviews. * Provide BIM\-related technical recommendations and solutions. * Support communication between engineering disciplines through digital platforms. * Prepare BIM coordination reports, clash detection reports, model review comments, and progress updates. * Maintain records of BIM issues, resolutions, and coordination decisions. * Monitor BIM performance and recommend process improvements. * Support implementation of digital engineering innovations and best practices. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, or related discipline. * Professional BIM certification is an advantage. * Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM coordination, CAD management, and digital engineering delivery. * Proven experience on major airport, aviation, infrastructure, transportation, or large\-scale construction projects. * Strong experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models for complex facilities. * Experience supporting: + Airport terminals. + Airfield infrastructure. + Roads and utilities. + Building services systems. + Large\-scale infrastructure programs. * Experience working with consultants, contractors, and client teams within BIM environments. * Strong knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and digital engineering processes. * Advanced proficiency in BIM and CAD platforms including: + Autodesk Revit. + Autodesk Civil 3D. + Navisworks Manage. + AutoCAD. + BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud or equivalent CDE platforms. * Experience with clash detection, model federation, and BIM coordination processes. * Knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM standards and information management principles. * Understanding of airport infrastructure coordination and multidisciplinary engineering interfaces. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and coordination abilities. * Ability to manage multiple BIM priorities within a complex airport project environment. **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** * BIM certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional, BIM Manager Certification, or equivalent. * Experience implementing BIM on international airport development projects. * Knowledge of ISO 19650 information management standards. * Experience with Digital Twin, contract frameworks. * Experience supporting Design\-Build, EPC, PMC, or Delivery Partner project delivery models. * Strong stakeholder coordination experience with airport operators, contractors,
