**Job Title: Senior Architectural Tendering \& Quantity Surveying Engineer** **Location:** Riyadh, Saudi Arabia **Experience Required:** 8–10 Years We are seeking an experienced **Senior Architectural Tendering \& Quantity Surveying Engineer** to join our team in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities * Prepare accurate quantity take\-offs and detailed cost estimates for architectural works. * Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs. * Prepare RFQs and evaluate suppliers’ and subcontractors’ quotations. * Prepare detailed technical and commercial comparison sheets. * Conduct site measurements and prepare quantity surveys based on actual site conditions. * Review architectural quantities against drawings, BOQs, specifications, and site conditions. * Prepare, review, and verify subcontractors’ interim payment certificates. * Support tender submissions, value engineering, budgeting, and cost\-control activities. * Maintain updated databases for material, labour, and subcontractor rates. * Identify quantity, pricing, and scope discrepancies before awarding purchase orders or subcontracts. Required Qualifications and Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. * Minimum **8–10 years of relevant professional experience**. * At least **6 years of proven experience in the Saudi construction market**. * Strong experience in tendering, estimation, quantity surveying, and quotation analysis. * Strong knowledge of material and subcontractor prices in the Saudi market. * Detailed knowledge of architectural and interior finishing works, including: * Gypsum and drywall works * Painting works * Suspended and decorative ceilings * Flooring works * Internal finishing works * Ability to prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, comparison sheets, and subcontractor payment certificates. * Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. * Strong analytical, negotiation, reporting, and time\-management skills. * Ability to work accurately under tender deadlines and manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
