Senior Accountant

**Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. * 2–5 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or finance. * Experience in customer collections and account reconciliation. * Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. **Required Skills** * Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, credit policies, and credit risk assessment. * Ability to prepare aging and collection reports and analyze customer payment trends. * Good Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP. * Strong communication, analytical, and follow\-up skills. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices. * Follow up on overdue payments and maintain accurate customer account records. * Reconcile accounts and review customer credit limits, recommending adjustments when required. * Coordinate with Sales and Finance to resolve billing and payment disputes. * Prepare weekly and monthly aging and collection reports. * Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures. * Support month\-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
