Senior Accountant

 **Financial Reporting \& Analysis:** * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Analyze financial data and provide insights to management. * Ensure accurate and timely closing of accounts.  **General Ledger \& Reconciliation:** * Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. * Ensure proper recording of transactions and adjustments. * Perform bank and account reconciliations.  **Accounts Payable \& Receivable Management:** * Oversee and process invoices, payments, and collections. * Monitor outstanding balances and ensure timely settlements.  **Budgeting \& Forecasting:** * Assist in budget preparation and financial planning. * Compare actual results with forecasts and identify variances.  **Stock control:** * Monitor stock turnover rates and ensure efficient stock management. * Prepare stock\-related reports for management, highlighting trends and risks. * Implement and enhance stock control procedures.  **Internal Controls \& Process Improvement:** * Implement and maintain internal control systems. * Identify areas for process improvements and automation.  **Team Collaboration \& Supervision:** * Support junior accountants and assist in training. * Work closely with other departments to ensure financial accuracy. **Education:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. **Years of Experience:** **\-** Minimum 5 years Job Type: Full\-time Application Question(s): * What's your current salary ?
