Senior Accountant (Native Arabic Speaker)

**Job Summary** **Apply: We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with a background in 3PL, warehousing, logistics, or last\-mile delivery operations to manage our accounting function and ensure accurate billing, financial reporting, reconciliation, and receivables management. The ideal candidate should understand the financial and billing requirements of a 3PL operation, particularly warehousing/storage charges, CBM\-based billing, fulfillment services, and last\-mile delivery. **Responsibilities** * Manage the complete accounting cycle and supervise the accounting team * Prepare and review monthly customer invoices for 3PL warehousing, storage, fulfillment, and last\-mile delivery services * Calculate and verify storage charges based on CBM, agreed rate cards, storage periods, and customer contracts * Prepare billing for inbound, outbound, handling, picking, packing, fulfillment, and other value\-added warehouse services where applicable * Prepare and reconcile last\-mile delivery invoices based on completed deliveries, agreed rates, zones, service types, and customer contracts * Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, and Delivery teams to verify operational data before customer invoices are issued * Reconcile WMS, delivery, and operational reports against billing records to ensure all services provided are accurately invoiced * Maintain and review customer rate cards, commercial agreements, and billing structures * Identify billing discrepancies, missed charges, incorrect rates, and revenue leakage and ensure timely correction * Manage accounts receivable, customer statements, ageing reports, and follow\-up of outstanding payments * Resolve customer billing queries and provide supporting documents and reconciliations when required * Oversee accounts payable, supplier invoices, expense verification, and payment processing * Perform bank, customer, supplier, and general ledger reconciliations * Monitor revenue and costs by customer/service and support management with profitability and margin analysis * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports * Support budgeting, forecasting, cash\-flow planning, and management reporting * Support internal and external audits and maintain proper financial documentation * Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements * Review existing accounting processes and strengthen internal controls, particularly around operational billing and revenue recognition **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum 7 years of relevant accounting experience. * Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team\-leadership experience within an accounting or finance function is strongly preferred. * Previous experience in 3PL, warehousing, logistics, fulfillment, or last\-mile delivery is strongly preferred. * Practical understanding of warehouse billing, CBM\-based storage calculations, customer rate cards, and logistics service invoicing. * Experience handling accounts receivable, customer billing, and customer reconciliations.Native Arabic speaker is mandatory, with good working proficiency in English. * Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including reconciliation and analysis of large operational datasets.Experience with accounting/ERP software; exposure to WMS or logistics systems is an advantage. * Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.Ability to coordinate effectively with Finance, Warehouse, Operations, and Commercial teams. * Ability to work with multiple customer contracts and different billing structures while meeting monthly invoicing deadlines. * CPA, ACCA, CMA, or similar professional qualification is an advantage. * Must be currently available in Qatar. * **Apply: Pay: QAR8,000\.00 \- QAR10,000\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Accounting : 7 years (Required) * Supervisory Role: 4 years (Preferred) Language: * Arabic Speaker (Required) * Professional English (Preferred) Location: * Doha (Required) Work Location: In person
