SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Description Metelegance General Trading LLC Location : International City Salary : 3000\-4000 aed ( Based upon experience) Min Experience Needed: 4 years Crucial Requirement: VAT \& TALLY KNOWLEDGE KINDLY MAKE NOTE : Candidate should be immediately available to join \& should be available for face to face interview Minimum of 3\-4 yrs experience in UAE is MANDATORY VAT \& TALLY knowledge is very important Role Description This is a full\-time on\-site role for an Accountant located in Dubai at Metelegance General Trading. The Accountant will be having following expertise in managing accounts and finance Activities: 1\. Sales and Purchase Management 2\. Import, Export and Inventory Management. 3\. Petty Cash and Bank Management. 4\. Accounts Receivable and Payable Management 5\. Asset Account Management 6\. Prepare Monthly Vat input and Vat Output reports 7\. Financial Reporting\-(Quarterly, Semi\-Annually and Annually. 8\. Operational Reporting\- Aging reports, Employee performance reports, Collection reports, Sale \& collection targets. 9\. Preparation of Payroll WPS system and Managing of staff advance account. 10\. Maintain contracting accounts records i.e. General contracting, Fixed Period contracts with separate profitability position contract wise. 11\. Warehouse Stock Management and Control. 12\. Have Strong knowledge in TALLY , ZOHO , OFFICE \& other softwares 13\. Full knowledge of Corporate Tax. 14\. Preparing Daily Invoices \& Tracking daily sales \& Purchases With strong communication, team cooperation and multitasking capability gained from my previous work experiences, I am sure I can provide direct and valuable contribution to your organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Knowledge on Corporate Tax Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field Strong knowledge of VAT accounting principles and financial regulations Related to Corporate tax Experience with financial reporting and analysis Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities Proficiency in TALLY, ZOHO, OFFICE Certification in accounting or finance is a plus Should be able to prepare invoices, quotation \& update stock reports on a regular basis.
