Today, we're driving the energy transition with more than 30,000 of the brightest minds across 54 countries. **Key Tasks and Responsibilities:** Executive Finance Support * Provide financial support to the Qatar Location Vice President and Operations Head. * Prepare executive\-level financial presentations, dashboards, and board\-ready summaries. * Support operational reviews, business planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring. * Develop insights on project cash flows, collections, disbursements, profitability, and working capital. **Essential Qualifications and Education:** Required Qualifications * Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline together with a professional qualification preferred (CA or equivalent). * Minimum 8–12 years of progressive accounting and finance experience. * Experience supporting senior leadership and operational management teams. Experience within EPC, Oil \& Gas, Construction, Energy, or Project\-based environments preferred. * **Critical Technical Skills / Mandatory Requirement (Non\-Negotiable):** Candidate must possess expert\-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a proven ability to leverage Excel, Power BI and AI Tools to automate reporting, perform advanced analytics, and provide decision\-focused insights to executive leadership. **Expert\-Level Microsoft Excel** * Financial modelling * Power Query / Power Pivot * Pivot Tables \& Pivot Charts * Advanced formulas (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMPRODUCT, LET, LAMBDA) * Macros and automated reporting solutions Dashboard development * **Expert\-Level Power BI** * Data modelling * Advanced DAX measures and calculations * Dashboard and KPI development * Forecasting and trend analysis * Data integration from Oracle and multiple data sources Power BI Service administration and governance * **AI \& Digital Skills** * Microsoft Copilot Premium (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint) * AI\-assisted financial analysis and reporting * Prompt engineering for finance use cases * Data visualization and storytelling using AI tools * Automation and productivity enhancement using AI\-enabled solutions One non\-negotiable requirement is expert\-level Microsoft Excel capability. \#LI\-DA1
