Senior Accountant

• Maintain accurate accounting records and books of accounts for the management company and assigned projects. • Post customer receipts in Anacity , process transactions through Mollak , and issue receipts to customers. • Record supplier invoices in Anacity and process supplier payments through the banking system. • Prepare service charge calculations for various projects in accordance with approved budgets and regulatory requirements. • Prepare annual project budgets, coordinate with auditors, and upload budgets to Mollak for RERA approval . • Assist in interim and annual financial audits while ensuring compliance with RERA guidelines and accounting standards. • Prepare quarterly VAT workings and coordinate with tax consultants for VAT return submissions. • Prepare and submit Management Reports required by RERA . • Review and analyze monthly Budget vs Actual Reports and process payments based on approved budgets. • Handle customer queries related to service charge calculations, rates, and payment-related matters. • Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities for financial requirements. • Support the finalization of financial statements and audit completion. • Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting , preferably in property management, real estate, or facilities management. • Strong knowledge of RERA regulations, Mollak, VAT, and service charge accounting . • Experience with accounting software such as Anacity or similar ERP systems. • Good understanding of budgeting, reconciliations, audits, and financial reporting. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
